A transcript preserves spoken content. The visual change belongs in the analysis, not inside a quotation attributed to the speaker.

A correction earns its explanation
- Hook
- A familiar explanation is challenged immediately. The second sentence points to a specific action the viewer can change.
- Visual beat
- The two slices make the explanation inspectable. Without that comparison, the middle is only an assertion.
- Limit of the evidence
- These observations explain how the demonstration is arranged. They cannot establish watch time, conversion or why a real post went viral.

The subject and wording change. The correction, demonstration and payoff remain useful creative choices. These two demo scripts are handwritten presets, not live generated output.
A script you can take to the camera

Make the context specific before the rewrite
“Fitness” gives a script very little to work with. “Strength training for people returning after a long break” supplies an audience and a useful tension. Save that context in your Karmo content profile before analyzing the Reel.
Afterward, revise the script in the existing chat. Ask for a gentler opening, a simpler demonstration or a shorter ending. Karmo uses the retained source analysis rather than processing the video again.
What stays yours to decide
Check that the claims fit your product and that the examples come from your own knowledge. The analysis offers an interpretation of the source’s mechanics; it does not prove what caused its performance or predict views for your rewrite.

Useful structure is a sequence of decisions: what opens the question, what makes it believable, when the demonstration arrives, and how the ending resolves it. Those decisions can inform an original script without retaining the source creator’s exact sentences.

How do you turn the result into a recording plan?
Read the rewritten hook beside the source analysis. They should use a related attention mechanism while making different, subject-specific promises. If the new hook could still describe the original creator’s topic unchanged, the brief may need more detail.
Then walk the shot list. Mark which shots are a talking head, a screen recording, a physical demonstration or a cutaway. Replace any stage direction you cannot film. The strongest usable script is one whose claims and visuals you can actually produce.
Use revision chat for one clear change at a time: “Keep the comparison, but use a real example from our onboarding screen.” That request preserves a useful mechanism while correcting the evidence.
Questions about Reel-to-script rewriting
Will the rewrite sound like me?

Can I make the rewrite for TikTok?

Do I need to analyze the Reel again for every variation?
