1. Using Karmo

Karmo provides AI-assisted Instagram Reel and TikTok video analysis, script generation, and script revision tools. You must be at least 18 years old and responsible for the content you submit and publish.

2. Your account

Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account and for maintaining accurate profile information used to personalize scripts.

3. Credits and subscriptions

Starter includes 100 credits per monthly billing cycle and Pro includes 300. A complete Reel result uses 11 credits: 10 for video processing and 1 for the initial script. Each later chat revision uses 1 credit. Credits are usage units, have no cash value, and do not guarantee a particular creative outcome. Subscriptions renew until canceled through the payment provider.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Karmo to infringe rights, impersonate people, violate platform rules, upload malicious material, or attempt to access another user's data. You retain responsibility for checking permissions, claims, and originality before publishing output.

5. AI output

Karmo output is generated assistance, not professional, legal, financial, or editorial advice. Review every result. We do not guarantee accuracy, reach, engagement, platform approval, or uninterrupted availability.

6. Cancellation and changes

You may cancel future renewals through the payment provider. We may update the service, pricing, or these terms with reasonable notice. Where required by law, mandatory consumer rights still apply.
